Manic Training’s Base Camp workouts are designed to help develop your new fitness routine.
Classes focus on functional movement, strength, balance, and tiered cardio levels that improve the health of both your body and mind.
Each empowering workout lasts only 45-minute and is offered daily to easily fit into your routine.
Our new Base Camp workout series also includes dedicated ladies lift classes where women can enjoy a more inviting space to sculpt and tone their bodies.
As always, there are no contracts or sign-up fees giving you the ultimate flexibility in your fitness journey.
Interval Workouts that fit into your busy schedule
Manic Training’s Base Camp workouts are open to both men and women. Only the Boot Camp ladies lift classes are women only.
Manic Base Camp Weekly Class Schedule:

- Mondays – Functional Training 6am, 7am & 9:15am
- Wednesdays – Strength Training 6am, 7am & 9:15am
- Fridays – Cardio Training 6am, 7am & 9:15am
- Tuesday & Thursday – Ladies Lift 9:30am
