I’m recently coming off an injury or illness, can I still do Manic?

Yes, of course this a question that you must address first and foremost with your physician, and secondly, with your Manic instructor. There are a multitude of ways to ease in to the Manic Training program and modify exercises as needed during this time. We have multiple people with joint replacements or major past injuries and/or trauma who have had phenomenal results with Manic and continue to work out to this day.
