How does Manic work? How many times a week should I do Manic?

The programming is designed to be performed 3 times per week with a day of rest in between, a day of rest from Manic that is. On your days off from Manic you should get out and do what you love to do, such as an extended bike ride, cardio exercise, a hike, walk the dog or simply enjoy the day off.

Manic Training’s program is designed such that Monday/Tuesday are the same workout, Wednesday/Thursday are the same workout, and Friday/Saturday are the same workout. The program is designed for you to attend one class in each set of days.
