Are there workout modifications available for those that need more or less of a challenge?

At Manic Training, there are always modifications available for nearly any exercise for those who require an adjustment. Whether you are just beginning a workout regimen here at Manic Training, or coming off an injury/illness, or you are a top level athlete looking for a further challenge, we have adjustments available to suit your needs.
The following five videos show examples of the various alternatives available for such exercises. You will see the variations of the box jump, the burpee, the slam ball - slam, the ropes - 2 handed slam, and the kettlebell swing.
